Pros Great location close to Medanta and convenient for a city trip. the staff put in effort despite being understaffed, showing dedication to their service.
Cons Rooms lacked basic amenities like working door handles and hot water. Unprofessional service, stained sheets, and loud disturbances at night made for an unpleasant stay.

The staff was especially helpful, so I would stay again and again. Nice hotel, the stay was real good, excellent location close to everything. The breakfast was marvellous, with plenty of meals. Location: the property was adjacent to the metro station and Highway as well as a shopping mall😃❤

I didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely come back there. Liked how homey the property was. The hotel has a prime location, so close to the metro station, highway, Gurgaon, and Gurugram. Also, the multi-purpose sports complex was 1 mile away.

I always return for a cozy stay. Staff once helped with transport. Free Wi, Fi, parking, 24, hr reception. Flat, screen TV, kettle, VIP check, in. Everything I need. Coming back for Christmas.
